How do I order cleaning services?

How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?

Typically, there will be two people in your home – On rare occasions, there may be three people or one person. if you need emergency help fast, we may send three people to do the job. If your home is very small, one person may be able to complete the job quickly and thoroughly.

What if I am not home when your crew arrives?

You need to make sure your home is accessible to our cleaning crew. If you have an alarm, make certain it is turned off. many of our clients provide us with keys to their homes.

When and how do I pay for your services?

You can pay by check or by cash after we’ve finished our job.

How much time do I have to cancel a cleaning appointment?

Cleaning appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise additional charges may apply. Call 773 837-1685 for more information.

What do I do if there’s a problem?

You can report any problem immediately to the cleaning crew or call our office at 773 837-1685. Satisfaction is guaranteed: if the cleaning crew hasn’t done a high-quality job, you have 24 hours to report it and the problem will be fixed at no additional cost.
